Custom Sorting: Drag and drop issues to manually reorder them; this order is saved for all users
Sorting by Attribute: Use the “Order by” dropdown to temporarily sort issues by criteria like priority or status—this does not overwrite custom sorting
Reverse Sorting: Flip the sorting order using the button next to the dropdown.
