Filter and Find Issues

  • Use the search field to filter issues by summary or key

  • Buckets update dynamically to show only matching results

A quick search instantly filters and highlights matching tasks across the board

Sort and Organize Issues

  • Custom Sorting: Drag and drop issues to manually reorder them; this order is saved for all users

  • Sorting by Attribute: Use the “Order by” dropdown to temporarily sort issues by criteria like priority or status—this does not overwrite custom sorting

  • Reverse Sorting: Flip the sorting order using the button next to the dropdown

Use the dropdown to choose how tasks are sorted in each Bucket:
Pick Custom for manual ordering, or select Key, Summary, Priority, or Created for automatic sorting
