Bucket Board

A Bucket Board provides a flexible space to capture and organize tasks for large projects, teams, or workflows—without being locked into a status-based system like classic Jira Kanban or Scrum Boards.

From coordinating a product launch or managing day-to-day responsibilities, these boards let you freely structure Jira issues, spotlight key details, and collaborate effortlessly—all without the constraints of a single defined workflow.

Bucket

Buckets keep your Jira issues and other information organized, whether they reflect distinct project phases or simply serve as a space to store ideas. You can move issues from one Bucket to another as they progress or use Buckets to categorize and track information in any way you choose. There’s no limit to how many Buckets you can create, and you can arrange and name them whatever suits your project best.
